This is a 21 day 3 plus 1 challenge:
Pick THREE Daily Habits and ONE Goal. They can be anything you want to work on.
EXAMPLES:
It’s your choice! Just make sure they are measurable (A specific number of times, a length of time, completely avoiding it, etc.)
You get one point each day for each habit that you complete. So if you do one habit, you get one point. Two habits completed that day is two points. All three gets three points.
When you finish your ONE goal, you get 50 points.
Before the challenge begins, everyone will post their 3 habits and 1 goal to the group. Then each day when participants post their scores we will track them. Once a week we will update everyone on the current scores.
Whoever gets the most points at the end wins a $50 Visa card! If there is more than one winner, their names will be put in a hat and one team will be drawn.
Day 1 is the first of the month, Day 2 is the second day of the month, etc…easy!
We will use the Group Me App to check in. We will send you an invite to join the group. Just text your score each day: “Elaine Day 2: 3 points”
or “We completed our goal of running a 5k! 50 points!”
Let a little positive peer pressure, genuine good will, and competition motivate you to change your life! And besides, IT’S FUN!

Everyone is so encouraging and I have been SO inspired doing this with other fun, amazing women! Many of the women have chosen habits like “pray for a stranger” or “spend 15 minutes with my husband talking each day” or “do something special for my son each day.” Those habits have changed their lives and the lives of those around them.
